From there, we’ll go by buildings that provide housing and services for Spectrum and the HowardCenter, and see a recently rehabbed historic apartment building. We'll stop next at Wharf Lane, home to 37 households, purchased in 2011 by Burlington Housing Authority to maintain the affordability of the development when it was threatened with conversion to market rate housing. Onward to a nearly complete, 16-unit development under construction by the BHA. We'll finish off at Park Place, home to 34 apartments and Housing Vermont’s office facing City Hall Park.
